(1) The Assembly may delegate some of its powers to the Academic Council, the Executive Council or the Vice-Chancellor, as required, out of the powers it has received in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The Academic Council may delegate some of its powers to the Academic Council as per the requirements of this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(3) The Executive Council may delegate some of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any officer or committee of the University as required.
(4) The Service Commission may delegate some of its powers to any committee or officer of the University as per the requirements of this Act or the rules made under this Act.
